NFTs are the new ‘IT’ in the crypto world. TR lab — the non-fungible token (NFT) has put plans in motion to unveil NFT art. In fact, the NFTs will be driven by Chen Qiufan and Kai-Fu Lee’s new book ‘AI 2041: Ten Visions For Our Future.’
Additionally, TR Lab assigned five artists to interpret the stories into NFTs. To specify, the artists include graphic designer — Ash Thorp. Among Thorp’s accomplishments are his work on Assassin’s Creed, Ender’s Game, and AI-focused artists, Refik Anadol and Joshua Davis. To add on, celebrity 3D artist Alex Ness, who worked with Travis Scott, Diplo, Lil Nas X was also appointed as one of the interpreters.
Currently, the pioneering art forum, TR Lab is gearing towards the futurist model of Artificial Intelligence with their recent NFTs. As stated by Kai-Fu, AI ‘will transform the world in twenty years.’
Further Kai-Fu says;
In twenty years, nearly all data will become digitized, making it possible to use AI for decision-making and optimization.
Even more, Kai-Fu (former president of Google China) and Chen Qiufan (renowned science-fiction writer), teamed up to imagine a world in 2041. In the same vein, the riveting ten-short-stories part piece of work reveals how our existence can be shaped by AI.
Similarly, TR lab partnered with Chinese artist, Cai Guo-Qiang for his first-ever NFT sold for $2.5 million in July. Lastly, the company confirms that more artists will be announced in the future.
