Binance team is planning to provide 1,000 oxygen connectors to shows support to India’s efforts towards containing the second wave of the coronavirus pandemic.
Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) mentioned on Twitter that their charity team had secured about 175 oxygen connectors worth $200,000. However, the oxygen connectors would arrive in Indian hospitals within seven days. Moreover, the team is working to provide more than 1,000 connectors in India.

Moreover, Binance has added to the list of crypto entities helping India combat the pandemic. Added to this, several other organizations help India to overcome this pandemic situation.
Other Recent Donations to India
Recently, Binance owned WazirX Exchange donated INR 8 Crore ($1.08M). More so, Nischal Shetty, the CEO of WazirX mentioned on Twitter that their organization would commit the fund for Covid Relief. Also, he appealed to other startups to contribute.
In addition, crypto exchange Coinswitch Kuber also donated $1,000,000 to the cause. Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin has recently revealed a donation of 100 ETH and 100 MKR, amounting to nearly $650,000.
Other donors include former Coinbase CTO and board partner at VC firm Andreessen Horowitz, and Balaji Srinivasan. They donated almost 21.74 ETH, valued at nearly $50,000. Furthermore, Former pacer for Australia Brett Lee donated One Bitcoin to the Covid Relief fund driven by Polygon co-founder Sandeep Nailwal.
