A recent survey conducted by bitFlyer revealed that Americans are more attracted to cryptocurrencies than to gold and EFTs.
US Investors Attracted More Towards BTC Than Gold
Japan-based bitFlyer reached out to over 3,000 people situated in the US and Japan to review their opinion toward the cryptocurrency industry and their investment approaches.
As per the survey results, Bitcoin established itself as the fourth most attractive investment for Americans. In the US, the valuation of digital assets has varied over the years. Nowadays, 76% of the sample have a favorable view of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, of which 15% are currently using them.
Meanwhile, BTC established itself as one of the most attractive crypto assets. Moreso, BTC is a new asset class that has seen extraordinary returns over the past decade. In addition, 2019 – 2020 has proven to be the years of recovery, with BTC strengthened by over $15,000.
According to CoinGecko, the BTC price is at $39,391, with a 24-hour trading volume of over $67.73 billion, at the time of writing.
