Binance is preparing to get an aprestataires de services sur actifs numériques (PSAN) license in France. This is according to CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) through a video interview.
As per CZ, Binance aims to extend its blockchain-based and fintech-related services to the French community. To deliver a featured service, Binance will offer intuitive innovations as part of its plans.

Binance brought out the filling preparation as soon as France introduced an innovative legal framework called PACTE Law‘ on cryptocurrency. As a result, the PACTE Law brings together startups and gives access to asset registration.
The law governs initial coin offerings (ICOs), digital assets, with the mindset of being at the forefront in the crypto space. Subsequently, the law intends to pioneer growth in businesses with massive blockchain transformation.
