  • Polygon has just announced that its datasets are now available on Google Cloud.
  • The integration will help data scientists and developers derive insights.
  • The move will also simplify analysis and processing for developers.

The Ethereum scaling network, Polygon has just announced that its datasets are now available on Google’s Cloud platform. The integration is meant to help data scientists and developers derive insights.

The Polygon protocol is a framework for connecting Ethereum-compatible blockchain networks, functioning as a bridge running alongside Ethereum. Now that its blockchain data will be available on Google Cloud, the platform will flourish and grow with both DApps and its business use cases.

Previously, Google’s Cloud division has already worked with important crypto projects such as Chainlink. The blockchain used this collab to fulfill computing needs with Google’s help.

Moreover, Google’s BigQuery platform is one of the most popular data analytics platforms worldwide. The fact that it is supporting Polygon’s data will simplify analysis and processing in a major way. It is able to query all types of datasets. After processing, the platform organizes insights using standard SQL.

Additionally, Google Cloud is making Polygon’s blockchain data available under its Public Datasets Program.

News of the dataset availability comes following the release of Polygon’s much-awaited software development kit. The SDK will allow developers to deploy their own Polygon-based chains.
