Back in 2018, Elon Musk was charged with Securities Fraud for “misleading Tweets”. Because of this, it became a known fact that the Securities and Exchanges Commission is actively monitoring the billionaire’s Twitter account.
Now, Musk may be under the investigation of the SEC once more over his Tweets that promote Dogecoin to the crypto community.
According to audio-based financial newswire Squawk, the SEC is investigating Musk:
