ShapeShift DEX Nabs Three ‘Best Places to Work’ Awards

ShapeShift DEX Nabs Three ‘Best Places to Work’ Awards
  • The Built In honored ShapeShift with three “Best Places To Work” awards.
  • Built In is an award-giving body that determines winners for different “Best Places To Work” categories every year.

According to a press release, ShapeShift, a Switzerland-based cryptocurrency decentralized exchange (DEX) received three awards from the tech recruitment company, Built In.

These awards are “Colorado Best Small Company to Work For,” “Colorado Best Place to Work” and “Colorado’s Best Paying Companies.”

For this reason, ShapeShift’s CEO Erik Voorhees remarkably showed his appreciation for the recognition and congratulated his employees’ effort for the achievement.

Voorhees said,

Our employees are our company in many respects, and we have mutually focused on building a strong community and culture.

He added that their team is pleased to see their efforts being recognized. He also recognized that much of the praise should go to the employees themselves.

“Culture is built by the people within it, and we have the best employees in the business,” he added. He mentioned that they reward employees by ensuring that they are well compensated, recognized, and supported for their hard work.

Built In’s esteemed Best Places to Work awards, now in their third year, aims to honor companies who have been, as its name suggests, the best places to work in.

The team uses an algorithm that uses company data about compensation, benefits, and cultural programs to determine winners.

According to Built In Chief Marketing Officer Sheridan Orr,

These companies raise the bar for cultural excellence and the ability to adapt to meet challenging needs of employees.
